MEGA^♪ Risk Report Case Samples

There are five (5) case examples of various kinds of youth (i.e., male, female, youth with low intellectual functioning, and youth under age 12), each case example represents a different kind of risk report generated by the MEGA^♪ .

The four types of risk reports are:

MEGA^♪ Individualized Risk Assessment Reports provides a comprehensive report on youth’s risk level, establishing the baseline level of risk.

Sample 2 -- Female with low intellectual functioning 

 

MEGA^♪ Individualized Outcome Risk Assessment Reports provides a comprehensive report on youth’s changes in risk level over time. MEGA^♪ can be administered every 6 months.
